Quotable Quality's aim is to help any business or organization create quality results through process improvement, specifically in a sustainable way through people promotion.
Many organizations struggle to produce quality products and services. With increasing consumer awareness and higher competition, high quality is no longer optional.
Most issues that arise are frequent fires that require repeated attention. True sustaining solutions only come from addressing the root cause(s).
In our ever changing world we're constantly forced to adapt to the circumstances around us. If these changes are not brought internally as a transformation then we're missing opportunities.
Deming often talked about the willing worker, the inherent desire of everyone to do their best. It's in everyone's best interest to provide the structure and environment that allows them to reach their full potential.
Clarity of a problem can often times be half the battle to a solution. With correct measurements, plans and consistency any process can be made visible.
Working in silos within an organization is often found in a culture of fear or lack of intentional collaboration. Either way, without a full perspective of one's own process how can one grow?
Every avid hiker knows that surreal moment when they reach the top of a mountain. This anticipated image has been playing in their mind and imagination, then in that second it unfolds as reality in front of them.
That feeling most accurately depicts how I would describe the moment I found Deming's philosophy. After working in various roles in different industries I have experienced these values and theories as universal and limitless in their potential to transform an organization.
I have been fortunate to have experience working for Ingersoll Rand, ViaSat, MWC and Northrop Grumman. I hope to bring my experience and methods from my early career, as well as my continual learning to aid in the transformation of any motivated fellow individualist.
I am not here to teach you anything new, I am here to make you see things you wouldn't otherwise see.
