Who We Are
Consultant & Trainer
Payton Thomas serves as the current trainer in Northern Michigan and is passionate about seeing processes transform from working against you to working for you. After working in procurement, continuous improvement and project management she is now focused on taking part in sustained improvement regardless of field or industry. Being equipped through schooling, trainings and lean experience she enjoys passing on tools and theories that have brought successful development.
We are not trying to teach you anything new, but to make you see things you wouldn't otherwise see.
